Presentation Abstract Angelo Dell'Aera, member of the Sysenter Honeynet Chapter and main developer of PhoneyC honeyclient, and Christian Seifert, member of the Pacific Northwest Honeynet Chapter and main developer of Capture-HPC honeyclient, introduce you to the world of malicious web pages and honeyclients. They will provide an overview of the different types of honeyclients and describe their inherent advantages and disadvantages. In the second half of the talk, they will make an excursion into the realm of malware distribution networks that lurk behind a majority of malicious web pages.
